El Almacén Gastrobar Palacio de los Acevedo

El Almacén is the name given to the surprising gastronomic proposal of the Palacio de los Acevedo. A gastrobar where you can savour a selection of dishes made from the best products of the sea and the land: anchovies from Santoña, Iberian pork, Zauzu chistorra sausage, wild prawns... The Hotel Los Pasiegos is home to one of the most popular restaurants in Hoznayo and the surrounding area. Los Pasiegos Restaurant bases its cuisine on the new style of using local, top-quality, home-produced raw materials. Our livestock breeds Wagyu cattle with which we make the classic McPasiega hamburger. We also offer a daily menu and seasonal à la carte cuisine.

Villa Pasiega Cafeteria

The cafeteria of the Hotel Spa Villa Pasiega is located on the ground floor of the hotel, next to the reception and very close to the children's area.

A perfect place to enjoy a snack, a sweet or a delicious homemade ice cream at any time of the day. It also offers breakfast service and à la carte dinners (combined dishes, hamburgers and portions).

Monday to Sunday from 7am to midnight.

Breakfasts: 8am to 11am

Dinners: 20pm to 23pm

In the Buffet Libre of the Hotel Spa Villa Pasiega you will be able to enjoy breakfasts and dinners with first quality raw materials of zero kilometre. In addition, you will have at your disposal a suggestive menu of live cooking.

Los Pasiegos Restaurant is a classic in the area. Here you will find quality products, a relaxed atmosphere and excellent value for money.

Cafeteria Obrador

In Los Pasiegos Group we have our own bakery. Here we make sobaos so delicious that they have received the AFCA award for Best Sobao of the year in several editions. The Cafeteria-Obrador of the Hotel Los Pasiegos is the perfect place to taste the products of our workshop.

In addition to traditional sweets, in the Cafeteria Los Pasiegos we offer combined dishes, rations and delicious burgers.
